Year - to - date 2008, Keller Williams Realty Spokane has closed more home sales than any other office in the city.  The numbers also show the Shortest Average Market Times and Highest Average Asking Price to Sales Price ratios.  The high level of productivity experienced by Keller Williams Realty agents is a result of a strong focus by leadership on training and equipping the Associates with the skills and tools needed to succeed in this challenging market.

The combining of the two offices in Spokane was a strategic move by the leadership of Keller Williams Realty Spokane to provide increased synergies and services to their Associates.  The new larger Market Center has over 200 Associates and  also provides two Business Centers located in North Spokane and Spokane Valley.  The joining of the two offices has allowed further development and delivery of the high quality training for it's Associates and the continued growth of the already strong culture of the company.  Completion of an expanded parking lot at the 802 N. Washington St. facility by the end of the month will allow for the continued growth the company is experiencing.
