Do you think Clock Hour Training is Important?

| I have to admit that in the past, I felt that taking Clock Hour (CE) training was a necessary evil in order to maintain my license. I felt that most of the training was very basic and didn't help my career. Consequently, I have resisted the idea of providing Clock Hour (CE) training in the Market Center in lieu of more substanial training that provided value to our businesses. That mindset was challenged today during a conversation I had with Chris Angell. He asked, "Why can't we provide high level training that is state approved for Clock Hours?" Duh! As we constantly strive to improve the services we provide our Associates, we will look to get curriculum aproved that not only makes a difference in your business, but helps to satisfy your State licensing requirements. In essence, killing two birds with one stone. Thanks Chris. |
